these are the movies i watched in 2025 in no particular order.

babygirl - i watched this at my bday party weekend trip. i don't remember much about it or ever think about it

sorry, baby - very good movie. i wish i hadn't seen it with some guy i wanted to break up with though

Y tu mamá también - i saw this with aforementioned guy and though i thought it was good i was OFFENDED because he offered to watch brokeback mountain with me and then PRESUMABLY watched it with some other (likely bisexual) woman so we watched this instead. he was like, i'm not giving ashley the movie about gay love, i'm giving her the movie about a threeway -_______-

brokeback mountain - reactionary brokeback mountain viewing. i saw it this in theaters when it was rereleased for the 20th anniversary. obviously i love gay cowboys 

pride and prejudice 2x - i saw pride & prejudice in theaters twice in the same week for the 20th anniversary rerelease. the first time i saw it i pretended i had a doctor's appointment during the workday. it was awesome. when i left the theater i felt like i was walking on air it was so amazing. anyway. then i saw it again a few days later with my friend. i love keira knightley and i had a crush on her when i was a kid watching the pirates of the caribbean

me you and everyone we know - i loved this movie and miranda july

grizzly man 2x - addicted to grizzly man. already have gotten in my first watch of 2026 lol

sentimental value - i liked worst person in the world more but i still really enjoyed this

hamnet - i thought i was going to be more moved but you kind of know the kid is going to die in the movie about the dead kid. i thought it was kind of corny idk. liz said: To be or not to be speech off the dome standing on a ledge was a little much. i agree
